General Terms and Conditions

This Agreement, and your rights and obligations under this Agreement, may not be transferred or assigned by you without the prior written consent of UOMA, which consent may be arbitrarily withheld by UOMA in its sole and absolute discretion. UOMA may at any time assign this Agreement, including any of its rights and obligations hereunder, without your prior consent.

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules. You covenant and agree with UOMA that any dispute must be resolved before the Court of Queen’s Bench for Saskatchewan, in the Judicial Centre of Saskatoon. You hereby irrevocably attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Province of Saskatchewan.
