Following recent announcements by the Government of Quebec, and in order to slow the spread of COVID-19, SOGHU has decided to comply with the recommendations and instructions and thus close its offices for an indefinite period.

However, employees will continue, through telework, to maintain the best possible service in the current context of the Coronavirus crisis. For any questions or to make arrangements for electronic payments, we will remain available at 1-877-987-6448 on weekdays from 8AM to 4:30PM or via email at

To All SOGHU Registered Collectors and Processors

By allowing our employees to work from home, we will be able to process RI claims completed through the Progression Live application within usual delays. We ask that you please refrain from sending RI claims in paper format to our offices until further notice. If you have not fully integrated to Progression Live, we encourage you to send us digital versions of your claims and all associated documentation via email at

In light of the current situation, SOGHU will only be able to emit payment via electronic funds transfer. If up to this point, your company had been perceiving payments via checks but has the option to change its procedure, we ask that you communicate with Jean-François Richard at

To All SOGHU Members

Because SOGHU maintains its operations, we ask our members to continue completing their online remittance claims when possible. We, however, ask that you refrain from sending checks to our offices until further notice. If your company does not already proceed via electronic funds transfer for the payment of its remittances, please contact Jean-François Richard at to make payment arrangements.

To All SOGHU Collection Facilities and All Generators

The situation evolves quickly, which is why we ask that you contact your collector(s) directly in order to get more information regarding the collection of SOGHU products if needed.

To SOGHU’s partners and service providers

Due to our office closure, SOGHU asks all its partners and suppliers not to send communications or invoices to our offices via mail or courier. Please send electronic versions to George Lajeunesse via email at instead.

We will notify you as soon as the situation changes.

Let’s all take care of ourselves and our loved ones until things go back to normal.
